Изучение антиоксидантного действия растительных экстрактов на бактерии Escherichia coli
Диссертация
Обнаружено прооксидантное действие экстрактов, которое выражалось в способности стимулировать экспрессию генов, кодирующих каталазу-гидропероксидазу HPI и супероксиддисмутазу Mn-SOD. Выявлено, что прооксидантное действие экстрактов связано со способностью генерировать Н202. Выявлена корреляция между прои антиоксидантными свойствами экстрактов.
