Диссертация
Титрование вируса на ХАО РКЭ. Титрование ВВ на ХАО РКЭ проводили по ранее описанной методике. При этом подготовку РКЭ проводили в темной комнате. Каждый эмбрион просматривали в луче света от местного источника освещения, например, осветителя микроскопа. Свет должен падать на тупой конец яйца. - В ходе доклинического (лабораторно-экспериментального) изучения бивакцины «Ре-вакс ВТ» были показаны ее безвредность, безопасность и иммуногенность, а также соответствие требованиям, предъявляемым к МИБП.
- Таблетированная форма вакцины защищена патентом (Патент РФ № 2 076 735 от 23.03.94 г.).
- Бивакцина «Ревакс-ВТ» обладает рядом преимуществ как перед накожным прототипом «Ревакс-В», так и перед другими гепатитными вакцинами.
- Во-вторых, при проведении даже массовой иммунизации таблетированной формой вакцины не требуется создания асептических условий, использования специальных инструментов и привлечения квалифицированного медперсонала.
- В-третьих, при пероральном введении вакцины происходит выраженное формирование иммунитета слизистых, которые при естественных путях передачи вируса гепатита В являются входными воротами инфекции.
- ЦЕЛЬ И ЗАДАЧИ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЯ
- Цель исследования целесообразность последующего изучения бивакцины оспы и гепатита В эмбриональной живой рекомбинантной, таблетки «Ревакс-ВТ» в Государственных испытаниях.
- Задачи исследования а) оценка реактогенных свойств вакцины-б) оценка безопасности вакцины- г) определение иммуногенных свойств вакцины-д) выбор оптимальной дозы вакцины по параметрам иммуногенности, реактогенности и безопасности.3. ИСПЫТУЕМЫЙ ПРЕПАРАТ
- Наименование препарата. Бивакцина оспы и гепатита В эмбриональная живая ре-комбинантная, таблетки «Ревакс-ВТ».
- ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА КОНТИНГЕНТА И МЕТОДИКА ИСПЫТАНИЙ
- Критерии исключения из исследования
- A) Медицинские противопоказания (Приложение 4).
- Б) Желание добровольца прекратить свое участие в исследованиях.
- B) Несоблюдение добровольцем правил участия в исследованиях.
- Д однократная (двукратная — при отсутствии сероконверсии) иммунизация вакциной «Комбиотех» против вирусного гепатита В — не менее 7 человек.
- На II этапе эффективность и безопасность выбранной дозы «Ревакс-ВТ» сравнивается соответственно с вакциной «Комбиотех» и неиммуногенной дозой (I этап).
- Группы имеют в составе обязательное и дополнительное (в скобках) число привитых, иммунизацию которых проводят при наличии в группе сероконверсии к вирусам гепатита или вакцины у 1 и более из 4 привитых.
- При отсутствии сероконверсии по гепатитному компоненту привитые, имеющие иммунный ответ к вирусу вакцины будут привиты однократно вакциной «Комбиотех» против вирусного гепатита В.1. Методика иммунизации:
- Иммунизация вакциной «Комбиотех» проводится по инструкции по ее применению.
- Слабые повышение температуры тела до 37,5° С включительно-
- Средние повышение температуры тела от 37,6 до 39,0° С включительно-
- Сильные повышение температуры тела свыше 39,0° С.

- СРОКИ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ИСПЫТАНИЙ
- Испытания проводятся в 2002—2003 гг. при условии их своевременного финансирования (при задержке сроки соответственно увеличиваются).
