Актуальность работы. Выяснение механизмов химического канцерогенеза является одной из серьезных фундаментальных проблем теоретической онкологии и молекулярной патофизиологии. За почти столетнюю историю исследований в данной области накоплено огромное количество клинических наблюдений и экспериментальных данных и создано немало теорий химического канцерогенеза.
