Диссертация
При помощи переноса генов в соматические клетки в культуре была твердо установлена роль «ТАТА» -последовательности (последовательности Хогнесса) в корректной инициации транскрипции эукариотных генов, что после опытов по транскрипции генов, введенных микроиньекцией в ооциты шпорцевой лягушки выглядело сомнительным (обзор: Breatnach, Chambon, 1981).
