Структурные особенности липополисахаридов азоспирилл в связи с их участием в коммуникации микроорганизмов в ризосфере

В настоящей работе исследованы структуры повторяющихся звеньев О-специфических цепей и состав ЖК ЛПС азоспирилл, в том числе аборигенных штаммов, которые характеризуются высоким содержанием Ci§:b На основании наличия общих О-антигенных детерминант бактерии отнесены к разным серогруппам.
