Мониторинг внутричерепного давления у больных с внутричерепными кровоизлияниями
Диссертация
Несмотря на широкое распространение инвазивного мониторинга ВЧД показания для его проведения у больных с внутричерепными кровоизлияниями четко не определены. Часть авторов считает, что измерение ВЧД показано всем пациентам с угнетением уровня бодрствования до 8 баллов и менее по Шкале Комы Глазго.
