Диссертация
В настоящей работе основным объектом исследования являются малые молекулы — порфирины. Их достоинствами в качестве противоопухолевых агентов направленного действия являются способность с высокой селективностью накапливаться в опухолевых клетках, что позволяет снизить побочные эффекты препарата, проявлять противоопухолевую активность в низких микромолярных концентрациях и претерпевать… Читать ещё >
