Таким образом, впервые было показано, что сверхэкспрессия НЕЮ./пей достаточна для защиты от возраст-зависимой активации апоптоза в НСЦ. Выявлен сигнальный каскад супрессии апоптоза при НЕЯ2/пеи сверхэкспрессии (Рис. 80). - Сигнальные пути апоптоза одинаковы в нейросекреторных центрах молодых мышей, но различаются у старых животных в физиологических условиях и при стрессе.
- Участие иммуномодуляторов в регуляции клеточной гибели нейронов гипоталамуса зависит от стадии онтогенеза и от вида иммуномодулятора.
- Теоретическая и практическая значимость.
- Практическая ценность результатов исследования состоит в необходимости учета возрастных особенностей при использовании иммуномодуляторов и лечебной гипероксигенации в эксперименте и в клинике.
