Интересно, что в присутствии мутации mod (mdg4)lul su (Hw) инсулятор может ингибировать активность некоторых промоторов (Georgiev Р. et al. 1996). Ранее в лаборатории проф. Корсеса было детально исследовано взаимодействие su (Hw) инсулятора с регуляторными элементами теш yellow (Geyer P.K. et al. 1992).
