Молекулярная филогения бокоплодных мхов (Bryopsida, Musci) по результатам анализа ядерных и хлоропластных последовательностей ДНК
Диссертация
Показана перспективность использования анализа вторичной структуры интрона trriL хпДНК и ITS2 яд-рДНК в филогенетических исследованиях. В ряде случаев были найдены уникальные признаки в структуре этих молекул, характерные отдельным эволюционным линиям бокоплодных мхов.
