Нефротический синдром у детей: пути оптимизации терапии и вторичной профилактики
Диссертация
По данным двухэнергетической рентгеновской абсорбциометрии у пациентов с нефротическим синдромом снижение костной минеральной плотности выявлено в 6,7%. Определена группа риска по снижению костной минеральной плотности в 26,7%. Максимальный уровень Z-критерия выявлен у пациентов с регулярным профилактическим приемом препаратов витамина D и кальция.
