В современных литературных источниках отсутствуют данные о возможности использования биомаркеров для оценки степени тяжести поражения и характере изменений метаболизма костной и хрящевой ткани у детей с ДТБС, а так же для мониторирования эффективности проводимого лечения в динамике течения патологии.
