Диссертация
Дети от многоплодной беременности с задержкой внутриутробного развития чаще, чем дети от одноплодной беременности с задержкой внутриутробного развития, рождаются недоношенными, путем кесарева сечения, у них чаще встречается значительный дефицит массы, который нарастает по мере увеличения срока гестации.
