Диссертация
Ингаляционные глюкокортикостероиды являются эффективными противовоспалительными препаратами при лечении детей с бронхиальной астмой. Однако их применение в высоких дозах в течение длительного срока влечет за собой повышенный риск развития побочных явлений, что особенно актуально в детском возрасте (Pedersen S., Byrn P., 1997).
