Диссертация
При исследовании действия Са2± мобилизующих агентов на иономицин-резистентные клетки мы показали отсутствие в них пулов внутриклеточного Са2+ и наличие низкой проводимости плазматической мембраны к Са2+. Функциональное значение редукции кальциевой системы сигнализации в этих клетках неизвестно.
