Определить в выборках больных (п = 387) и здоровых (п = 290) индивидов частоты аллелей и генотипов полиморфных маркеров генов, кодирующих: субъединицу белка Kir6.2 канала транспорта ионов калия (.KCNJ11), рецептор к сульфонилмочевине (АВСС8), транскрипционный фактор 7 (TCF7L2), белок адипонектин (ADIPOQ), рецепторы типа 1 и 2 к адипонектину (ADIPOR1 и 2), рецептор, активируемый пролифератором… Читать ещё >
