Диссертация
Проведение ультразвукового исследования после выполнения спленэктомии показано всем без исключения больным, в особенности при наличии технических трудностей во время оперативного вмешательства и сочетанных повреждениях органов брюшной полости. Динамические ультразвуковые исследования зоны спленэктомии необходимо проводить, начиная со 2−3 суток после оперативного вмешательства с интервалом в 3−4… Читать ещё >
