Высокая частота инфекционно-воспалительных процессов у пар с привычным ранним выкидышем (64,3%), среди которых воспалительные заболевания органов малого таза отмечены в 35,2% случаев, диктуют необходимость прегравидарной диагностики и лечения данной патологии.
