Актуальность исследования. Важнейшую роль в изучении эпилепсии играет исследование экспериментальных моделей эпилепсии на животных. Несмотря на многообразие способов негенетического моделирования эпилептического приступа, более интересными с точки зрения ряда системных патофизиологических аспектов заболевания являются генетические модели эпилепсии.
