Оптимизация методов сохранения фертильности у девочек с онкологической патологией
Диссертация
Проведена оценка метода криоконсервации ткани яичника с последующей аутотрансплантацией как возможности сохранения генетического материала у онкологических пациенток. Доказана способность аутотранс-плантированной ткани яичника к фолликулогенезу и восстановлению гормонального фона у пациенток с постовариоэктомическим синдромом.
