Диссертация
Помимо утилитарного подхода к взаимодействию галогенов с поверхностью твердого тела как основе перспективных технологий, следует учитывать, что именно галогены представляют собой идеальные модельные газы для изучения общих законов взаимодействия активных газов с поверхностью в контролируемых условиях сверхвысокого вакуума.
