Оптимизация тактики ведения ранних сроков индуцированной беременности с учетом функционального состояния щитовидной железы
Диссертация
Впервые проведена оценка функционального состояния ЩЖ в динамике на фоне ИБ в группах женщин с различным исходным состоянием ЩЖ (эутиреоз, носительство АТ-ТПО без нарушения функции ЩЖкомпенсированный гипотиреоз). Дана сравнительная оценка частоты встречаемости транзиторного гестационного гипертиреоза у женщин с индуцированной и спонтанной беременностью. Выявлено развитие гипотироксинемии… Читать ещё >
