Несмотря на наличие большого количества сообщений в зарубежной литературе, посвященных анализу результатов рентгеноэндоваскулярного лечения больных ИБС с сопутствующим сахарным диабетом, остается ряд вопросов, связанных с тактикой лечения данной категории пациентов, особенно при наличии многососудистого поражения коронарных артерий.
