Большое внимание указанной проблеме было уделено Смоленским В. И. и Руденко Т. В., которые изучали способность вируса НБ вакцинного штамма «ГАМ-61» к размножению в первичных культурах клеток: куриных, утиных, перепелиных фибробластов, тестикул эмбрионов крупного рогатого скота (ТБ), и в перевиваемых линиях клеток — HeLa, Нер-1, СПЭВ, гонад козы (GA), эндотелия коронарных сосудов сердца… Читать ещё >
