В целях профилактики развития подострого тромбоза стента при стентировании необходимо добиваться полного адекватного раскрытия стента, а в послеоперационном периоде тщательно соблюдать режим двойной дезагрегантной терапии — клопидогрель 75 мг ежедневно как минимум на 2 месяца после имплантации «непокрытых» стентов и на 24 месяца — после имплантации стентов с лекарственным покрытием, а также… Читать ещё >
