Разработка методов индукции андрогенеза у различных видов капусты
Диссертация
В работе выделены факторы, эффективно влияющие на индукцию андрогенеза, исследованы цитоэмбриологические особенности культуры пыльников и микроспор. Установлено, что в культуре пыльников наблюдается переход с гаметофитного на спорофитный путь развития через равный тип деления микроспоры, а в культуре микроспор преобладает второй путь развития за счет делений вегетативной клетки.
