Диссертация
Функционирование эндокринной железы связано синтезом и выделением в кровь гормона, транспортом его кровью и связыванием с рецепторами в клетках органов и тканей «мишеней». Концентрация гормона в крови при этом зависит от двух переменных — скорости поступления в кровь гормона и скорости его извлечения тканями-мишенями.
