Конструирование физических карт с помощью прямого Тугагшс1е-Р18Н картирования генов/маркеров на хромосоме и их интегрирование с генетическими картами позволяет оценить положение интересующего гена относительно частоты рекомбинации, что является важным критерием в практической селекции для прогнозирования переноса гена и определения размеров популяции.
