Концентрация акриламида в геле составляла 12,5%, бисакриламида -0,12%. Электродный буфер содержал 20,6 мМ т-НС1 и 0,24 М глицина, рН 8,3 -8,4. В верхний буфер добавляли SDS до концентрации 0,1%. Пробу готовили следующим образом: к раствору белка добавляли равный объем раствора, содержащего 24% глицерина, 4% SDS, 10% меркаптоэтанола и инкубировали 5 мин при 100 °C.
