В мире в настоящее время трансплантации кроветворных стволовых клеток проводятся при полной НЬА совместимости между донором и реципиентом. Под полной НЬА совместимостью понимается совместимость по генам НЬА класса I (А, В, С локусы), НЬА класса II генов БКВ1, Б0В1. Желательна совместимость по генам НЬА БРВ1 (класс II) и М1С-А (класс I).
