Связь противовоспалительной активности пектинов с их структурой
Диссертация
В работе впервые исследована способность различных по структуре пектинов ингибировать развитие воспаления в стенке толстой кишки у мышей. Выявлены новые пектины, оказывающие противовоспалительное действие при химическом повреждении стенки толстой кишки у мышей.
