Особенности регуляции генной экспрессии в системе рестрикции-модификации Ssoll
Диссертация
Исследования регуляции активности генов в системах Р-М, проведенные в последнее время, показали, что не существует универсального механизма этого процесса. Однако регуляция на уровне транскрипции, по-видимому, является определяющим механизмом координированной экспрессии генов систем Р-М.
