За день до трансфекции на пластиковую чашку Петри диаметром 60 мм перенесли от 200 до 800 тыс. клеток А431 в 5 мл среды DMEM, содержащей 10% сыворотка FBS, так, чтобы в день трансфекции на чашке было 40−80% монослоя.
