Влияние рецидива основного заболевания на функцию и выживаемость почечного аллотрансплантата у детей
Диссертация
Показано, что в трансплантате наиболее часто рецидивирует хронический гломерулонефрит (ХГН) и первичная гипероксалурия (ПГ). Из всех морфологических форм ХГН самый высокий риск возврата в трансплантате отмечается при фокально-сегментарном гломерулосклерозе (ФСГС).
