В судебно-химическом анализе для определения агонистов опиоидных рецепторов применяются: высокоэффективная жидкостная хроматография (ВЭЖХ) — газожидкостная хроматография (ГЖХ) — иммунные методы. В настоящее время развитие газовой хроматографии с масс-селективным детектором (ГХ-МС) делает этот метод наиболее предпочтительным и перспективным.
