Регуляция соматического эмбриогенеза у видов лиственницы в культуре in vitro
Диссертация
Проведенные исследования позволили впервые разработать методику клонального микроразмножения через соматический эмбриогенез для таких видов лиственниц, как лиственница Гмелина и лиственница Сукачева. Рекомендуемые зарубежными исследателями питательные среды (Lelu et al., 1994; Lelu-Walter et al., 2008) оказались мало пригодными для получения эмбриональной массы у исследуемых видов лиственниц… Читать ещё >
