Влияние вегетативных расстройств на качество жизни больных болезнью Паркинсона
Диссертация
У больных БП на поздних стадиях заболевания выявлено наличие вегетативных флуктуаций. Установлена корреляционная связь между моторными и кардиоваскулярными флуктуациями. Отмечено более выраженное снижение показателей качества жизни у пациентов БП с кардиоваскулярными флуктуациями в период «выключения» по сравнению с периодом «включения» (р<0,05).
