Впервые проведен анализ динамики систолической и диастолической желудочковой асинхронии у пациентов с нарушениями ритма сердца при разных типах ЭКС с определением комплекса показателей, определяемых при допплерэхокардиографии. Показано клиническое значение метода тканевой допплерографии в оценке влияния кардиостимуляции на ЭМС миокарда при нарушениях ритма сердца в ранние сроки после имплантации… Читать ещё >
