Диссертация
Способность микроорганизмов взаимодействовать с медиаторами электронного транспорта определяется доступностью ферментных систем для этих соединений. Известно, что уксуснокислые бактерии СШсопоЬаМег имеют мембранную локализацию основных ферментов катаболизма углеводов и спиртов — РС^-зависимых альдоз — и алкогольдегидрогеназ, что облегчает их взаимодействие с медиаторами электронного транспорта… Читать ещё >
