Увеличение амплитуды ВПСП в командном нейроне после внутриклеточной тетанизации, по крайней мере частично, происходит вследствие активации протеинкиназы С-зависимого фосфорили-рования. Цель настоящей работы состояла в изучении механизмов потенциации, возникающей после внутриклеточной тетанизации командного нейрона (имитирующей вышеописанный спайковый разряд).
