Бесплодие у женщин с патологией щитовидной железы: принципы диагностики, тактика ведения
Диссертация
Впервые проведено углубленное исследование состояния иммунной системы у женщин с АЗЩЖ, результаты которого выявили повышение уровня клеток натуральных киллеров (СВ56+, СШ6+56+) и В-лимфоцитов (СО 19+, СБ 19+СБ5+) в периферической крови, положительно коррелирующих с числом неудачных попыток ЭКО (г=0,52- р=0,048), а также достоверное повышение уровня антител к фосфолипидам и кофакторам… Читать ещё >
