Активаторы плазминогена урокиназного типа: кинетические свойства и повышение их тромболитической эффективности in vitro
Диссертация
Впервые получены ацилированные по серину активного центра производные урокиназы, реактивирующиеся с различными скоростями и обладающие большей тромболитической эффективностью, чем свободная урокиназа. Показано in vitro, что со снижением скорости деацилирования повышается стабильность в плазме и длительность тромболитического эффекта и уменьшается величина побочных эффектов ацил-урокиназ на важные… Читать ещё >
