Физико-химические механизмы действия на тромбоциты хлораминовых производных биогенных соединений и гипохлорита натрия
Диссертация
Получены аргументы в пользу того, что в крови и ОТП имеет место избирательность действия хлораминовых производных аминокислот на тромбоциты, то есть тромбоциты в сравнении с другими составляющими крови характеризуются повышенной способностью к взаимодействию с хлораминами. Возможно, это обусловлено тем, что плазматическая мембрана тромбоцитов, с которой прежде всего взаимодействуют хлорамины… Читать ещё >
