Функционально-морфологические изменения печени у больных с синдромом нарушенного всасывания
Диссертация
Впервые дана клиническая оценка состояния печени у больных ГЭП и СУТК, сопровождающихся различной степенью тяжести СНВ. Установлено, что доминирующими клиническими проявлениями при ГЭП и СУТК является СНВ. Клинические проявления, характерные для поражения печени выражены незначительно и встречаются лишь у части больных.
