Диссертация
Определены наилучшие параметры процедуры выполнения ПЦР. Установлена оптимальная масса навески растительного образца (100 мг), соотношение навески к лизирующему буферу (от 1:10 до 1:20 в зависимости от видовых особенностей культуры), вид антиоксиданта. Использование в качестве антиоксиданта гидроксипроизводного бензойной кислоты в количестве 20−30 мг/образец на этапе гомогенизации улучшает… Читать ещё >
