Диссертация
Полученные данные расширяют и углубляют имеющиеся сведения о регуляции пролиферации и дифференцировки трофобласта в норме и при воздействии гипоксии. Они раскрывают наличие и роль экстраплацентарной регулировки межклеточных взаимодействий трофобласта при нормально протекающей и осложненной ПГ беременности.
