С помощью связывания на нитроцеллюлозных фильтрах и равновесного ультра центрифугирования в градиенте плавучей плотности Cs2sc4 показано, что в случае «30s «-РНП, в отличие от цельного ВТМ, при обработке формальдегидом возможно образование РНК-бежо-вого комплекса, в составе которого на I фрагмент РНК длиной в среднем 25−40 нуклеотидов приходится 1−2 молекулы вирусного белка оболочки. б… Читать ещё >
