Гастроэзофагеальная рефлюксная болезнь и пищевод Барретта: факторы риска развития и диагностические критерии
Диссертация
Пищевод Барретта клинически проявляется уменьшением существующих в анамнезе симптомов гастроэзофагеального рефлюкса, а в 19,2% случаев протекает бессимптомно, развивается у пациентов с часто (два и более раз в год) рецидивирующей гастроэзофагеальной рефлюксной болезнью в течение 5 лет и более.
