Резистентность ГЛЖ к лечению ассоциирована с полиморфизмом генов, кодирующих компоненты ренин-ангиотензиновой системы (аллель М полиморфного варианта М235Т гена ангиотензиногена) и антиоксидантной защиты (аллель Т полиморфного варианта Cat (-262) гена каталазы).
