Диссертация
Прогрессирующее поражение легких определяет тяжесть и прогноз исхода при муковисцидозе. Считается, что первичным патофизиологическим последствием дефекта гена MB является нарушение функции слизистых бронхиальных желез дыхательных путей, ведущее к увеличению продукции вязкого бронхиального секрета, который накапливается вследствие замедленного оттока и вызывает закупорку бронхов слизисто-гнойными… Читать ещё >
